"The lady who used to give me pedicures is amazing. She was friendly and welcoming. However, she quit. So, there's no point in returning since the owner is rude and obnoxious. I've been going there for decades, and the owner said she didn't care to know my name because I do not go there consistently. (Which isn't true). I told her she should care because that's terrible customer service. Her response was, "I don't care." I told her, “I guess you can buy a nail salon, but unfortunately, you cannot buy class.” Not to mention, she would always give me a smug look when she did my nails. Furthermore, she is horrible at doing nails. My nails were always uneven, or the gel would come off, and she messed up my eyebrows. Of course, she tried to blame me instead of taking responsibility for her actions. Needless to say, I will never go back. I tipped very well and was friendly. So there was no need for her to be condescending and rude. I can see why her pedicure lady quit. If she were my boss, I would quit too! I am so tired of paying high prices and tipping well to be treated like garbage. Never again!"

"Tried this salon for the first time and at first I liked it and it was close to work. However, not worth the amount of money I paid . All the nails are painted unevenly, very rushed. All nails are shaped differently as well."
