"I just want to give a shout out to the people who were working there today. I put in a large group order on the app, but for some reason the order did not process correctly online. The three people working there this afternoon made about 35 tacos and burritos, package them up, and set me up with sauce packets and napkins all within about 20 minutes. Really a great effort on their part, and I just wanted to let them know that I appreciate them."

"after talking the trasetier of chashire known as brodty we took are family (in the bus) over to this fine establishment. no complaints except for the fact the hallways are to small to fit the anyone througjh needed the bathroom got stuck on the way there"

"I went through the drive thru on New Year's Day (around 1:30/2am). The staff was kind and apologetic for the wait being so long due to Door Dash orders. It wasn't their fault!! The tacos were delicious and the unexpected wait was worth it. Normally, they are a very quick location, this was just a special occasion because most other fast food restaurants were closed for the holiday."

"Employees are nice but they're very sloppy, careless, and forgetful. Items are just thrown together. Clumps of meat on one side clumps of cheese on the other. Even found a French frie in my soft shell taco. The wrappers were barely even covering the tacos when I opened my bag. They also didn't even fry my chalupa shell. They need a lot of work here, or maybe just people who care."
