They don’t have a lot of options for colors gel and regular, they don’t use oil or lotion or anything to make sure your moisturized. My grandma got a pedicure and they didn’t use any lotion to moisturizer on her at all during or after"

"My experience with this nail salon was horrible - I wish I could give 5 Negative Stars Review. I explained to the nail tech 4 times what services I wanted done at the shop (removal of dip nails and a regular french manicure polish on both my hands & feet). She stated that I should get the gel polish because it last longer. I stated that I just wanted the french manicure polish. She begin by not knowing how to remove the existing dip nail from my own nails. Finally she had me soak my hands in pure acetone which dried my hands up. The next morning I woke with my nails chipping not even a full day after service. I called the salon 4 times with no success in getting anyone to answer the phone. I drove to the shop and explained that I was in the night before and my nails look horrible. The older gentleman & lady referred me to the young lady who did my nails (no help from them - I'm sure they are the owners). The girl who did my nails said "I told you to get the gel polish it last longer". I told her that I expect the regular polish to last more than less than a full day. Evening of Day 1 the polish on my feet were chipping as well. At this point I am not returning to even have her to re-polish my nails, because she used the filer and filed my nails down after I took my hands out of the acetone. As a result my nails are so weak and damaged. At this point I am going to take my losses and never return to this shop."
