"Don’t do business here. The assistant manager, the store manager, and area manager are a bunch of passive aggressive liars. Wasted 2 months of my life getting the run around on getting my pool robot fixed or replaced. Not getting phone calls back, Constantly getting the run around and BS’d to. Horribly run organization and they do not stand by their word. They have lost my business!"

"Worst experience I have ever had. I was lied to multiple time by Michael in the store. He sold us a new 1600.00 filter for our pool, and assured me that I could simply disconnect two connections and re hook up the new one. This was an ordered filter, not in stock, so I ask 3 times, he assured me each time. When the filter was delivered, it was totally different. I called the store, and again Michael said nothing he can do, but they could install it for me for 99.00, and said his boss refused to cover the 99.00 even though he lied to me about the connections. When the installer came out, (very nice guy) I was advised the install was 285.00, and nothing he can do about it. My wife and I are seniors, going thru cancer treatment, and we feel completely ripped off, and taken advantage of, Don't do business with these people, run away from them as fast as you can."
