"Use to be my go to place (2.0 miles away) but the over zealous weekend cashier insists on me filling out a stupid form for a water test. Not providing address or phone number just want a water test and no need for unsolicited (and often wrong) advice. Owned a pool for literally 25+ years and have a professional cleaning service. Simply want an occasional test to check against their results. Refused service because I did not want to fill out the form so will just order my products on line. Would prefer to support local but the annoyance factor is too high."

"Ive went to this place three times, the first time the lady there was okay and showed me everything i needed, the only problem i had is that she gave me the wrong information, she told me to shock the pool and after 4 hours i could get in which is misinformation, you had to wait 24 hours not 4, and she told me to leave the chlorine tablet inside the pool while swimming which is also not true, the second time i came they weren't even open even though it was supposed to be open, they open at 9 and i came at 9 and waited 30 minutes! I waited 30 minutes for to open and they never did. I had to go to the one in sugar land, that was where they told me that the information they gave me here in the rosenberg one was wrong. The third time the same lady that was there when we first went seemed as if she was mad, but she wasn't because when men would come in she would be nice to them yet with us she seemed as if she was bothered and mad. THEY NEVER ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL! If i could give no stars i would, horrible experience"

"July 3rd. I have to drive 2 hours to go to get a Parr. I called at. 9.35 am 4 times to see if they have the part... No Answer. I better go to Leslie's on Mason Katy So I know I get the part..."

"I went to several different locations that we're supposed to have a part I needed. Every time I went there they said they didn't have it though the computer said that they did. I finally called the one in Mission Bend spoke to Steve store manager. I asked him if they had the part he said yes, then he said let me put my hands on it before you drive out here. I told him I was about to ask that because I went to two different locations which did not have the part. He quickly returned said yes sir I got it. I drove there spoke with Steve he hand me my part and I picked up about couple extra things. I was glad that deal with somebody who volunteered to and had the foresight to make sure that he had it before I drove out there pair my hats off to Steve thanks bud"
