"This is the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at a Lowe’s. My mom and I ordered a wall oven, range hood, and cook top for her house. Lowe’s suggested we have pre measurements done to make sure we have the correct sizes. Lowe’s informed us that we had ordered the incorrect wall oven size. So we placed another order to replace the wall oven to the size Lowe’s told us to purchase. Lowe’s came out to install the wall oven and the installer mentioned to us that we need the 27” wall oven we first purchased and the not the 24” wall oven. I’m highly disappointed in this store. I called today to get this issue resolved and no one in appliances picked up the phone and the manager on duty did not answer as well. We will NEVER purchase/order anything from this Lowe’s again!"

"Being handicapped it’s so sad when I have to leave because they do not have one working handicapped cart they are all dead. They are nice employees but a few were standing around talking they could have been getting the carts bring them in and charge them this must be a management issue. I’ve always loved shopping at Lowe’s so this made me sad. My suggestion get more carts and make sure the employees make sure they go get them and keep them charged because we non mobile people love to shop too."

"I prefer Lowe’s to Home Depot, but don’t go to their pro section and ask for help from their pro supervisor Christian he needs to be knocked back down to associate level. He’s not helpful at all.. sales associate Janet was way more helpful. I received help from two other managers. I can’t remember their names right now but they were awesome."

I came here in Rosenberg location I bought stain fence Mr Angel from Paint department helped me with purchase here the Prices are competitive, and the availability of online ordering and curbside pickup adds convenience. However, some customers report issues with product quality and occasional out-of-stock items. Overall, Lowe's is a solid choice for home improvement needs, but attention to product consistency could enhance the overall experience."

"I just to came to this store because as a woman I cannot carry heavy stuff I requested from this boy if somebody can help me and he told me he doesn’t know if some one was available his answer was: ask if somebody else is available, also I ask him about the coffee that they used to have it and he told me he doesn’t have an idea I really appreciate that train Jung people how to treat a costumer. The second and third pictures I’m posting are from the employee that helps me, even an other costumer help me instead of the clerk"
