"I bought a toy from here and once I got home I went to change the batteries since it didn't work and there was battery acid leaking from inside! I called Kohl's and they didn't sound the slightest bit worried, they just asked me to return it to get a refund. It was only $9, I didn't feel it was worth risking driving with it just to return it and potentially getting resold to another customer. I also live 45 minutes away and took time out of my day to go pick it up, which I typically don't have. So I'm just going to throw it away and I won't be shopping there anymore. That was one of my first purchases from Kohl's in years!"
