"I wouldn't recommend this place. First they never called me to let me know my shoes were ready. I called after 3 weeks. I came in and couldn't find my shoes. I was told they would clean them and dye them. They were not dyed. I was expecting my shoes to not look brand new but look clean..it seemed like a quick wipe and done. Now I'm cleaning them more and actually going to dye them. Also price changed after they saw my shoes over phone he mentioned $15 to $20. I was charged $30 for one and $25 for another."
"Dr.José is the ultimate best!!!. He has worked miracles on my favorite boots, heels purses, belts, leather coat.. Jose is the worth the trip & services are worth the money. Thank you, Jose you never disappoint.!"
"Jose is fantastic, knowledgeable on his craft and veey fair on his prices. Defunately a 5 star review all the way!"
"I'd give ZERO stars if I could! Where are you located? I walked around and couldn't find the store! I asked workers inside other stores if they knew where you were and they all said "No. Never have seen that store with pictures shown." Looked for store directory at main entrance next to Von Mawr, and there was none. Even called phone number from Google Maps, which is where I got the directions, and it rang and rang. It was 11am, Maps said store was open. I felt like I was looking for the Harry Potter train station at Platform 9 3/4. Ugh. I'll find another shoe repair.. this one was wasted time."
"Don't go there! Worse place ever! I'm literally in tears. The incompetent man did not listen to what I wanted. I asked him to fix my cowboy boots and what he did to them were worse. I'm so angry and hurt because they were my favorite cowboy boots. I asked to add wood to the heel...he sand them down. I asked to fix the bottom of the cowboy boot with leather and he adds rubber sole. I never asked him to add rubber sole. Then when I received my cowboy boots, he didn't shine them at all. What kind of lazy service was that ?"
