"hours are not as listed on the website or here. disappointing. this is the actual hours. from today. i would advise you to call ahead. i got there at 7:22pm and doors were locked and girl in there acted like she doesn’t even see me through the clear glass doors."

"I asked to try on a dress five minutes before closing and I was told no because they were about to close. I only had one quick thing to try on and they instead ushered me out of the store and closed the doors. I definitely would have understood if I had come in at or after closing, but the fact that they wouldn't let me try on a dress was super disappointing. Not good customer service at all."

"I did end up purchasing 2 dresses from here just because they were way too cute, but the ladies that “helped” me out were horrible. I am typically a medium/large in most women’s clothing, and both sizes are ones this store carries. I’m not sure why the lady behind the counter felt the need to point out every single time how she’s not sure if something will fit or look good on me. When I was buying the items she was straight up shocked that they fit. Definitely doesn’t make you feel good about yourself to hear something like that. She even refused to take down a skirt from the mannequin because it was a medium and she wasn’t sure it would fit. It did. This is a very toxic shopping environment and they really don’t make you feel welcome. I’m not sure of the names because it was a while ago, but it was whoever was working there on 3/20."

"The employees that were working on 06/07/2020 only cared about what clothes they were interested in potentially purchasing, and cared very little for customers that came in. Was not even greeted or recognized until I apologized to an employee as we nearly collided into one another, and she did not say anything and just gave off the worst attitude like I inconvenienced her unforgivably. Cashier was slouching in a chair behind the register with no cares in the world. So I left. Stick to old orchard or woodfield stores if you care about customer service."
