"I noticed a low tire when I got off of work today. In a hurry for the holidays, I found this place between work and home. I was able to walk in and have them repair my issue in a timely fashion where they explained well of what they found. I thought I had a nail, but instead, they found that my wheel wasn't sealed properly due to small corrosion - fixed. I had bad luck with the same tire/wheel a year ago (blowout on the highway), and what they told me seemed spot on where personally looking back when my dealership inspected my tires a year ago, but never inspected my wheels, it explains that small mayhem at that time. They basically solved my small one-year mystery! They also inspected other components of my vehicle. Although my vehicle is sorta new (2022 civic, 22k miles, low profile tires), they pointed out that my brake fluid was a little low, which makes sense since I just recently got it flushed somewhere else (dealership, a mistake) now knowing the dealership did a poor job. They also found another very small issue that most new cars have but never tried to upsell me at the end, they just left it as notes; they did exactly what someone wants, go in for the intended repair, and walk out with new knowledge of potential future issues without a proposed price tag. That's how this business should work. I will continue to conduct business with this shop!"
