"Worst customer service the 2 young ladies that worked on 2/11/24 around 2-3 pm had the worst attitude the one with the glasses closed the fitting room were it actually had a sign fitting room closed after 4 didn’t let us try anything then I tried to purchase 3 polos my total was around $70 I try to paid with a $100 bill and she tells me they don’t take $100 bills no signage that was true my change could it be less than $30 please stop going there their racist!!!!"

"I was in the store with my dad on 12/26/23 around 3:56pm. Joanna was being very rude and giving us an attitude at the register. There was a customer in front of us who's family member went to try on a dress. When we asked if she could take care of us (We were exchanging a sweater and were going to buy 2 shirts) in the meantime, she gave us an attitude and said that we had to wait for the customer to try on the dress. I asked if she could charge them for what they had at the register and then charge for the dress once she came back since another family member was still there at the register. She said "OMG it's just a dress". I said I couldn't wait because my kids were outside waiting for me with my mom and her reply was "I'm not going to have my customer pay extra for taxes just because you can't wait on a dress" She then moves to the register next to her and proceeds to help people behind us. At this point I was very upset and I told her what her problem was and why she was being rude to us. She rolled her eyes and said, ''why couldn't we wait for the lady to try on her dress". The lady who was paying at this point said to Joanna that she could charge her for the items and she would pay separately for the dress if they decide to take it. The lady handed Joanna the money and Joanna was just holding it and looking around. When she finally took care of us I told her I wanted to exchange the sweater for 2 shirts and we would be paying the difference. One shirt had a price 2 for $50 and was not ringing at $25. I asked her about the price and she responded saying that someone had just placed that shirt there and it was not on sale. I told her there were like 15 shirts of the same kind right under the sign and if she could go check. She refused and said that maybe a customer had flipped the sign. At this point I was very upset and asked to speak with the manager. She said she was the manager and that she would not go check. We decided to get the refund and walked out of the store. At this point I wasn't sure if she was being racist (since we are latinos) or if she was just in a bad mood. It's a shame they have people like that working at a retail store."

"December 13/2023. Everyone is shopping Christmas gifts. We was at the store today and both girls working there were so rude and acting like they hate their job. The store always had amazing deals and products but the costumer service is terrible. They was looking at us like they wanted us to leave soon. Answered our questions on bad form and refused to bring down a jacket because “ they need to sell the bottom items first “ ridiculous."

"Joanna was by far best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. We are a family of 5 and she had the patience to help us all finding our sizes and suggesting what style and color to combine our outfits with. We need more customer service like Joanna in every store. She made our shopping experience want us to come back and shop some more. Thank you Joanna."
