She was very rude, disrespectful, and very unhelpful. The way she treated her employees was also very unprofessional and disrespectful. Please don’t shop at this j crew, you will be greeted with terrible service from a store manager that has no clue how to treat others with respect. I have never had a more terrible experience shopping and will never be returning to this location again."
