"I've been both a customer here and worked in the back. The majority sizes they carry is small. For every outfit, there's only 8 large sizes per outfit. That's literally it. The plus size and men's wear is smaller than before. As for workers, they prefer if you're Lantina/Latino. If you look around there's hardly any workers of other ethnicity. There's hardly any hours and it's not promised you'll even get part time hours since they send people home early. As a customer, it's an ok experience but do yourself a favor and don't work here. It's not worth it."

"I made a purchase today, and the clerk did not put one of our items (two scrunchies) in the bag. We figured out when we were on the way home after we left the mall. Called the store and asked them to mail it to us, and couldn't do that. Asked for a refund, once again they couldn't do that without coming into the store to pick them up. Also I spent at least 10 minutes on the phone, on hold. Overall lousy costumer service, and poor staff."
