"You can order things, they will never provide an estimated delivery date, even when it's been 3+ months, no matter how many times you request an update on the order and a delivery date. Received apologies only, with no product. Customer service does absolutely nothing other than say they can't help you, can't give you an update, and they don't know when things will be delivered."

"I ordered a microfleece jacket for my daughter on August 25th for the winter season. It's November 7th. Since I placed my order, I continue to get emails from this company telling me they are sorry but my order is still delayed. I have no clue when I will receive this item, but don't worry- if I want to cancel my order, I can easily do that. Is it normal for a school uniform company to be 2-3 months behind on placed orders? I would have ordered winter items earlier if I knew they would not get to us on time. I'm now ordering different items from a different uniform company so my daughter is warm at school, ultimately spending unnecessary money."

"If only i could give less than 1 star. I ordered uniforms almost 2 1/2 months ago. I received the wrong logo embroidered on the shirts, I called and they said that they would reorder and send me a return slip which I never got and they never reordered. I called again and they sent me the exact same WRONG logo on the uniforms. 3rd time i called i cancelled, nothing else to d at this point apparently. My son is a transfer and he doesn't even have uniforms to wear this winter. Thanks a lot dennis uniform. Great business practices."

"If I could give a negative star I would. Waited 9 weeks for an order be shipped.only to get the wrong item. I reordered the item and it looks like it will be several more weeks, but who knows? . Customer service at this company is awful."
