"I went to the Fila store yesterday to buy a large quantity of items that we use for our retail store. We brand the items and resell them. In June, we had a great experience and spent nearly $2000 that day. Yesterday, we were greeted by a cashier that seemed bothered by the fact she had to help us. When we asked about quantities, she said that she needed to get her manager. This is where it went south for me. This woman simply did not want my money. We were clearly interrupting her day. At one point, she told me that they needed product for their other customers and didn't want to sell that much quantity. I had a credit card in my pocket and was planning to spend $2000+, but this woman was pushing me out of the store with every word that came out of her mouth. It was literally one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and I will never step foot in that store again. How this woman was chosen to "manage" a store speaks volumes about the Fila corporation."
