"Went to this shop on the 15th of this month and was charged the full price for a used tire ($65), for a tire with TWO plugs in it. 5 days later, the tire was leaking air so bad it was going flat. Of course, it was leaking from one of the badly done repair jobs, and I called to ask if I could get the tire replaced for free- which I was told “Probably”. I only came to this sad place because it’s one of the few shops open on a Sunday, but since it is out of the way for me, I couldn’t find a good time to come in before the end of the month. Until then, I just used a plug kit to plug the tire myself until I could get back up there, only for it to go flat on me altogether. Threw the spare on and went up there this morning, only to be met with coldness and dismissiveness towards my negative experience with the business. I was charged $50 for ANOTHER tire, and while I specifically requested that they give me NO tire with plugs, I was told that “80%” of their tires have no plugs. But I happened to get the one with two... Don’t come here for used tires unless you’re willing to pay for the price of two. Maybe if I was a man, I would’ve been respected better, who knows? As a former tire tech, their standard of work is low. They scammed me and I’ll never come back."
