"Been with them at least 8 years only cuz it's easier for me to just renew every year but you all ain't doing nothing for me. I pay for roadside assistance and when I needed it u all told me you basically pay only $15.00 . When I tried to go though my insurance to fix my car u all didn't and I have full coverage, worst company to have in my opinion"

"I had this company for 4 years. 1st time needing them to cover a claim. Let me just say i don’t recommend this service to anyone and if you have them go with another company. You’re on hold long periods at A time. They tell you they going to send documents to your email and you never receive them. Sometimes you never receive documents in the mail.. every 6 months my policy gets higher and higher for the prices and service I’m receiving i might as well got to a good company like progressive, all state or State Farm. And be happy with my money spent. I been on hold for hours and all i want to do is get my car fix."

"Man ... this place Still suck, I rather just pay the extra 50 or 100 and go to state farm . I was on hold for a hour just to add another car to my policy. I did the free quote and all. I remember why I left in the first place. The payment department always pick up fast tho"

"The worst insurance company! Unorganized, unresponsive and untruthful. I've been insured with them since 2019 and just renewed..no accidents or tickets and they increased my payment by $121. Attempting to cancel and go with Allstate, I keep getting the run around on the letter of experience. They're constantly telling me that they sent documents but have failed to do so in an attempt to prolong my policy with them. It has taken days to get in touch with them on the phone..God forbid if I was in an accident. DO NOT USE INSURE ON THE SPOT!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY."

"This is my very first experience with this agency. I’ve called twice this morning requesting help for a mutual customer. Over 3 hours, I have been on hold. The customer still has not been helped. One agent told me she couldn’t find his information before his last renewal but said the customer was insured with you guys before that; she gave up on finding the appropriate documents the customer needed and put me on hold again. When I called back after receiving no response for an hour after being transferred, Your other agent, Cynthia, hung up the phone when I mentioned the customer had still not been helped and I was calling back."
