I have been with them about 6-7 years, from June 2023, I have been charged for by their fault $400, and they lie me for a month to wait, and they said my money is gonna be returned, I have all messages with them. Also when I asked them to provide my policy card, they sait then cant. Stay away, they getting your money without provide insurance. They are scammers!"

"I paid $$$ to renew annual insurance. But they didn't tell me my card did not go through for monthly payment after, I had no idea. Usually they told me if there was a problem. I was driving around thinking I had insurance until I HAD TO PAY FINE to DMV. Really? Please improve your communication skills on employees or get better website that people can pay directly so you don't mess up other people's life. I wasted hundred bucks just to not have insurance and to get the ticket."

"Terrible customer service Don’t know if they’re under new management but tried calling many times and just sent to a voice recording with a generic message. There’s no form of communication with them when filling a claim. Terrible company stay away"

"I was with Atlantic Insurance for over 5 years until about 2 Months ago when I was told that I will be receiving a call back from them to discuss a new Insurance Policy because my 1 year Policy will expire etc... I never received the call and when I called I didn't receive a response. I felt like I was being ignored. Then I received a Letter from the Secretary of State stating that my License is revoked/suspended smh! I was finally able to reach an Agent and was told since my Insurance lapsed I would be paying $80 more than the previous year. How is it $80 more when your Company is the one that wouldn't respond to me nor reach out when they said they would. 5 yrs down the drain. It all started ever since that new girl started working there with her ignorant, childish character. I at least gave 2 stars because once upon a time I stuck around for 5 whole years. Just terrible now."
