"Very customer service oriented. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of products. Nice location. The only thing I would suggest is that they have a more organized system to greet people and connect them with a sales person. I came in and was just kind of milling about until someone came up and asked me if I needed help. And I was helped before someone else (a lady and her daughter) who may have been there before me but I wasn't sure."

"Had a really disappointing experience . I went in looking for a fitting and to get new shoes. 1st- the staff ignored me and took other customers who walked in after to get fitted 2nd- after I asked the desk assistant I was able to find someone to help me but I still had to ask for the feet scanner to be used 3rd -she didn’t provide me with any info about the scan after it was done 4th- I had to say three times I wanted to try a new shoe other than what I currently wear and she continued to try to put me in the same shoe. I have been fitted many times at other running stores and have never had to try so hard to get suggestions for shoes based on wear pattern , gait, etc. Every time I asked about an aspect of the shoe I was brushed off and not given an answer . I am shocked at how uninterested this store was to do a shoe fitting."

"I've been a Luke's customer for years. Recently I purchased a pair of shoes that just didn't work for my feet once I got them home and walked a bit in them. The team at Luke's was so great about helping me find a replacement when I came back in, no hassles. I appreciate that their ultimate goal was helping me find a great shoe!"

"I went to Luke’s Locker after leaving Fleet Feet. I am so glad I did! I was immediately greeted. I quickly glanced around and then went to the counter. I asked if there was a sign in sheet and was informed no but they had plenty of employees that are available and one was right behind me ready to help. I had observed the employee when I walked in but realized she was giving me space so I wouldn’t be bombarded. Which I personally appreciated the freedom to look first. She was amazing. I explained my knee problem and how I am getting back on my feet. She took her time picking options for me, but let me tell you she was right on it. While waiting, other employees still checked on me to make sure I was being helped. She had 4 options and each shoe felt better than the other one. Finally on the last one, it fit like a cushioned glove. I immediately felt secure, stable and comfortable enough to do a kick. In the end, they had several employees on hand to help and were all nice from the entrance to check out. The bonuses part was the shoe was on sale so I purchased 2 pairs. Thank you for making me feel welcomed, thank you for listening to me and taking your time to give quality help."

I order all of my running shoes, socks, accessories, clothes, electrolyte tabs and whatever else I need through them and my order arrives within a few short days. Luke's Locker was so good to my husband and me when they had their Woodlands location and always took the time to be sure we were both properly fitted for our running and walking shoes. I am an extremely tough fit when it comes to shoes and Ray has always been so patient with me. Definitely recommend!"
