"I have NEVER EXPERIENCED anything like this before with a uniform company. I actually like this store, however I don't like how they operate. I ordered and paid for my daughters uniform on March 15, 2017 and was informed that it would be ready for pick up on March 24, 2017. It is now April 11, 2017 and I have yet to hear from anyone at this company. On their website it states that they are only open on Saturdays from 6-6. Well , on Saturday April 8, 2017 I called this company about 8:00 a.m. to receive no answer, but left a message on their answering machine. I then called back that same day around 10:30 to check the status of my daughters uniform, and was informed that I needed to call back because the child's mother is the one with the uniform information and she wasn't there. I asked if I should call back a certain time and was informed to just try back. And to no surprise, when I called back, there was no answer and I was no longer able to leave a message on the voicemail. Any employee answering the business telephone should be able to provide customers with information, such as order status. Especially when I ordered my uniform from the young man on the telephone. So him not having an explanation is unacceptable .I understand that I am not the only customer, but out of respect for the consumer, a simple explanation is all that I ask for. I can't even get a SIMPLE response as to the status of the uniform. At this rate, the season will be over before we receive the uniform. If there was an issue or a backlog on uniforms, I should have been informed and not left in the dark. I feel as if I am receiving the run around with this company. I'm not sure if I would recommend this company for other soccer teams, unfortunately they are who our team goes through."
