"Hello Fanatics, My online order was messed up not once but twice. I ordered a Men's Antigua Navy Dallas Cowboys Generation Big & Tall Quarter-Zip Pullover Jacket in XLT size and you mailed me a Men’s Golf Jacket in a Small size. I returned the item and requested for the correct item to be sent to me. The representative put in the request to have the item mailed to me and once I received the mail I got the wrong item (Men’s golf jacket size small) again. This experience has been unacceptable"

"I purchased a Stephen curry city edition jersey and after purchasing I found another one at a other store with a size that fit me better so I opted to return the jersey. I went to the store and was greeted with the friendly store manager Tanner. He was very nice and had great customer service. After going home later that day I noticed instead of refunding me they charged me again, so I went back the store the next day and Tanner was on top of it and got it figured out with a great attitude! If a store manager Is able to get a raise, Tanner deserves one! Will definitely be back in the future!"
