"Music playlist is TRASH and shouldn't be played for consumers. Explicit lyrics on a mall playlist on a Wednesday at 6 pm?! Really? Ladies at checkout counter were helpful. Fellas walking around to help with merch and shoes need to be replaced. None of them wanted to help anyone on 8/10 at 6 pm. Acted bothered to check stock or be of service on any level. Outdated SALE signage throughout. It's Wednesday, sales and promos typically change on the weekend. Why can't yall confirm the accuracy of 15 signs? Really not that hard. Throw the whole store away."
"Horrible customer service. The employee literally brought my shoes tossed them on a bench, and provided zero help or interaction of any kind. The store was not busy at all. She seemed to not enjoy her job. I will never return to this location. I'm giving 2 stars only because my cashier was friendly and professional. You guys sell shoes, not the miracle cure for Covid 19. Get over yourselves, and do what you were hired to do. Help customers."
"Horrible employees, took back shoes that didn’t fit in perfect condition. I wanted to return or exchange them. Took them 1 hour to tell me they can’t “locate” the receipt after giving them all the info they needed, name, phone number, email etc. the worker stated the email that the receipt was sent to and it was incorrect and still refused to find it/resend it to the correct email. The store is a joke and waste of time. They said to do an exchange as if I would buy again from a store that sells worn/used shoes. Don’t waste your time or energy on the ignorant employees here."
"DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. The store manager is racist. She handed me JUST ONE shoe with no box. I looked around and saw everyone else had multiple boxes! One guy had 3 box stacked on his stroller!! I confronted her and she said its store policy! That was one of the many lies she told that day. All i want is to be treated like all the other customers in the store. Either everyone gets both shoes or everyone gets one shoe!!!!!!! Not every black person steals!!!!!! She should not be the manager!! Go to Finish Line or Foot Locker they are not RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!"
