"Hello I recently had an amazing experience with your manager Wilmarie at the Preston Rd, Frisco, TX location. Her problem solving skills were a breath of fresh air after having a horrible experience at the Galleria Dallas, TX American Eagle. I spoke to Wilmarie over the phone and she was gracious, understanding and told me to come on in and she could help. When I got there she was honest and attentive, and told me she would make things right. That's exactly what she did. I didn't expect for her to save the day, given my horrible experience at the other location, but I am glad I had the sense to call the corporate office, where a suggestion was made to try another location. I am glad I did! Thank you so much Wilmarie for helping me. Your kindness goes beyond words. Thank you for caring enough to make things right."
