"I don’t normally post reviews but I’ve been here twice now. They really are so friendly and will find a pair of shoes for me even if it’s not in the store. I have been eyeing the 9060s in size 4M for the longest and they were able to track it in a shipment coming to the Dallas location. They were able to let me pick it up in Frisco! Highly recommend coming here :)"

"I went in to buy a pair of walking shoes for my husband and the Store Manager was exceptionally helpful! He helped me choose a great pair based all of the foot attributes I described and suggested a nice pair and boy was my husband ever so happy. He loves them and wants to go and visit the store! Yay!! I purchased the 860 New Balance. Thank you for your great help! I also purchased a lovely pair for myself and they are great for walking!"
"I've been purchasing my New Balance 1540v3 model for several years. With my pre-diabetic feet they are the best all around shoe available in my opinion. I also buy the insoles for extra comfort on the treadmill or just walking for my travel writing profession. This is the second pair I have purchased from the Frisco New Balance store and both times I been met with a authentic smile and greeting, asked what they could help with and responded quickly with my new shoes which I am always pleased with until they wear out after two or more years usually. I cannot recommend a more customer appreciated outlet in the area. As a mature retiree (old) individual it is refreshing to have this value given to customers in this day and time. I bought my last pair in January of 2019. I imagine it will be the end of 2023 before I begin thinking about their replacement. Lastly as a man with a very wide foot I recommend the extra long laces that have and are better for a running tie."
