"Do not buy here, the HOA fees are the most expensive fees in all Houston and for nothing…pool, splash pad and gym are dirty as hell.. also HOA management are not doing their job and ignore all people comments, they dint care at all , Stay away from here, i would sell my house if interest rate goes down."
"This is a comment for the Katy Warranty Department. They are responsive and very professional. I usually receive a call back or a text within 24 hours after I submit a ticket. I also got my problems solved within days. Good Job!"
"This neighborhood has become a renters community with no accountability from the HOA resulting in unsightly yards and homes, filthy amenities. The HOA fees are higher than some of the nearby communities yet amenities are not available. Neighbors park garbage trailer for weeks, commercial trucks block the flow of traffic. The DR Horton staff uses the community offices and spaces for their own use preventing the actual community from using it for events. This is a great community for renters! Buyers beware."
"Do not buy your house here. Yes, The pictures are beautiful and they will sell you a beautiful dream but it’s all lies. The pool & amenities are poorly maintained and the HOA fees are ridiculous. There is only one pool and one gym for 4000 homes and it’s never clean. The pool is only open during the summer and the lifeguards are teens that require the pool be closed every 40 minutes because they need breaks. Which is absurd. The HOA does not want to listen to our concern. We want basketball courts, more pools and gyms but they want to build apartments in a suburb community. The amenities are vandalized all the time and the HOA does not want to invest in cameras to protect our investment. They will build apartments in front of the entrance to the homes which is going to make everything look crowded and junky. All the homes front yards look abandoned and the HOA does nothing. Just a bad investment. Do yourself the favor and buy a house in Cinco ranch or firethorne where they take care of their home owners."
