"The staff is great. Cheryl, the store manager, is fantastic. My son purchased a pair of work boots from Cheryl, and he says they are the most comfortable boots he’s ever worn. Unfortunately, the boots had an issue with the sole, but Cheryl stepped in and gave him a new pair as a replacement for the defect. No other shoe store would do that. He’s happy now, and I will be in to buy a new pair for myself. Great customer service, and great boots!"
