"This Macy's is located in Woodfield mall. It's very huge and has 3 levels. There's quite a lot of items to look at. You might be lost if you are unsure of what you are buying. The helpers at the fragrance are good to work. They have sale going on year round and there's an outlet section in the ground level near the toy section. I have noticed the some employees at billing near men's section were not so pleasant or welcoming. Also, try and get out of the store before they close. Else, you'd be forced to walk out of the building if you didn't park in front of Macy's. In summer it might be okay but winters are a nightmare."

The design of the store was also very nice, with a bright and airy feel. The music playing in the store was a bit boring, but it wasn't too loud or distracting. I had a bit of a negative experience with the sales associate, Marta. She was not very talkative, and when I went to make a return, she took the jewelry and turned her back to me without explanation. I was a bit upset by this, but overall I had a positive experience at Macy's."
