"Juliana at the Woodfield store was over the top helpful. I came in with a beanie hat that my daughter received for christmas that I wanted to return but I did not have a receipt. Figured I'd get store credit. However she could not find it in her system to process it and there were non in the store. She took down my phone number and put a notice out to all the other stores to see if they had that beanie in stock to get a sku so we can return it. She called me back a week later to no avail which is unfortunate but understood. I appreciate that Juliana kept me on her radar to do the best that she could to help the situation. I now have a new beanie to keep for myself! Thx Juliana"

"Super cute clothing. Pricey but this location has a huge clearance selection in a room all the way in the back. I was impressed with it and excited to shop until an employee hovered around me flipping through a rack as if I was trying to steal something. I didn’t appreciate that and decided to leave and shop somewhere else. I understand employees are expected to be aware and try to prevent shoplifting but damn don’t make it so obvious. If this store is so worried about shoplifters why did they put the clearance in a secluded room???"

"I found a shirt I liked, asked about a different size, got an up-and-down eyeball, and was told they don't carry "those sizes." This was for a gift ... not even for me. That said, I'm an average size! Heads up Dry Goods: a variety of sizes is not too much to ask, and your customer service needs Serious Attention. If I could give you zero stars I would."
