"This review is for Mr. Ed who helped us through our home buying process. It was our first time buying a home and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and didn’t use high pressure sales tactics. Even after we purchased our home he has still been in contact with us as we have questions. We had a big storm come through and damage our roof and fence and he was able to direct us to a warranty claim to get it fixed quickly. The buying process was streamlined and we had no closing costs making the process very first time homebuyer friendly. I love the granite countertops and brick exterior on our home along with all the energy efficient features. "The entire LGI team has been very supportive and knowledgeable since the time my son and I walked through their office doors!!! They still are even after I closed ;) I am a first time home buyer and even though there were some wrinkles to iron out here and there, the LGI team was there to back up anything and everything they promised and help to make sure I was comfortable in my new home (in this crazy market)!! Ed was very thorough and patient with during my home selection and even more so during my loan application process with Dora. He was there every step of the way. Dora helped to get me through to the clear to close status of the application and was very quick to respond to any paperwork/contract question to get there. Luke walked me through the house before I closed and explained everything inside and out of the house, what to expect, and how to maintain areas of the property. He got his crew members over to property real quick for small minor adjustments as needed. Everyone is super friendly and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a house in the area, to work with this group "
