"No good experience. Wanna buying a New Laptop so I need to know the right price for 1 laptop because it got 2 price in there but the lady over there said “ I don’t know , I’m working here in phone booth !” So I asked again 1 other employee over there then he gave me sign right away “ HOLD “ with 1 finger no even look at me because he busy talking with his peers then after like 3 minutes they walked away to the PHONE BOOTS and no even looking at us who stay and waiting for him in LAP TOP area so my wive said “ let’s go , they don’t care !” … I’m so disappointed with this LOW CLASS customer services skills ! ( and decide buying online … of course with another Company ! )"

"I came to the money center with my mom to send money to Mexico the cashier was really nice but the black guy i think was the manager he was really rude to my mom, pretty sure a racist , he didn't want to take my moms ID , and since she was having trouble with that i want it to do it by myself with my own ID, my own bill ( i had it on hand) with my own money not hers and he didn't allowed me to, y'all better GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Pretty sure the service is better and they aren't racist . ."

"Tried to add cash on cash app at customer service and she said she couldn't I had to go to money center so I did after waiting in the 20 minute customer service line. Now at money center NOONE behind the counter and I asked a manager (marquis) who was standing and laughing with coworker friends doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Told me I had to wait for customer service lady as her line grew, it never fails ALWAYS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"Most of my shopping is done online and I rarely go to this store anymore. I prefer to shop in the store though but the customer service feature of the retail industry is non-existent anymore. There are no "go+to" employees on the sales floor anymore to assist you with anything, especially in the evening hours. I have wanted to buy paints, some spray paints in the locked glass cases & some paints that require mixing (do they even do this anymore?) on numerous occasions, but there is never anybody .anywhere in sight to ask for help. When they were open 24/7, I enjoyed shopping in this store and taking my time, but now, it's so stressful because of the shorter hours. Some products I used to buy have been discontinued apparently, so I have to find substitutes, & this takes time. I don't get around very well because of arthritis in my hips & back, but I still need to be mobile & shopping used to be my most enjoyable workout. It's a shame I can't accomplish two things at one time anymore, and feel good about it. There are no places for customers to sit & rest in this store now because they removed the benches. Then the only other place to sit down is the restrooms, but you're not supposed to take merchandise in there with you. I'm wondering when they are going to close the doors to this store because it has become a non-friendly place to shop. It used to not be this way. Thank you for your patience &"

"My family and I rushed in to try and buy beer for my sisters quinceañera, my mom forgot her ID but my grandma had hers but the cashier didn’t let us buy it because my grandma was “buying it for us “ I understand the ID policy but it still seemed a bit over the top, my mom was willing to show a digital version of her ID that could scan but that didn’t help either . After a stressful morning getting the party set up this didn’t help anyone’s mood and we were left baffled. It was just an unpleasant experience but the store is pretty nice itself ."
