"There was literally a baby roach that crawled out of my sandwich wrapper after I had taken a bite!!! I put everything over in a bag that I had gotten from the convenience store in here. I then, took the sandwich back, explained what happened, and asked for a refund. The girl asked me was I sure that the roach was not mines!!! I thought that was very rude and unprofessional!!!"
"Excellent to have a Starbucks inside the hospital. They took care of me very well and quickly. And they speak spanish. I don't give it 5 stars because it closes very early. For the rest it is very good."
