Reviews of Historic 512
"My daughter had her wedding reception at this venue and it was beautiful. The wedding was held at a church nearby so the location was perfect. We used the downstairs area as a cocktail area before the reception began and it turned out to be a great idea. I’m very happy we decided to use this venue and I would highly recommend it."
"From beginning to end, this was a fun event! The storytelling performances were well-rehearsed and the actors connected with the audience. Everyone was having fun! Each of the four cocktails were unique and delicious in their own way. There was great energy in the room, and we left feeling like it was money well spent. Critical note: Even though Edgar Allan Poe was a distinctively and famously American writer/poet (Born in Boston, MA, grew up in Richmond, VA, and died in Baltimore, MD), be prepared for the actors to interpret their characters as having British accents. Probably going for a Victorian vibe, I guess. I think the director could have encouraged the actors to use their own American voices and drawn out even more authentic and immediate performances. But, really, I'm just picking nits here because this was a wonderful event and the actors gave it their all. Bravo!!"
"I attended an event here put on by Fever called the Poe Speakeasy. It was an outstanding performance. This was our second fever event, so I expected a great time, and they did not disappoint. The performance was exceptionally high-quality and intimate."
"Loved this experience! We have been to other Fever events in the past, and will definitely book again! The crew members made the entire experience! Yummy cocktails throughout the night paired well with the live show. Great job!!"
"I give a 5 star for the absolutely beautiful stunning reception, the amazing staff was incredible and helped with my special needs and i love how the prices are transparent! But i will say that this is a very elegant place with alot of rules and may suit older wedding couples rather than the younger ones."
