"I have contacted this agency after receiving a flyer wanting my business? After 4 phone calls no contact for a home quote? Business must be good to ignore customers they solicite? Take my name out of your mail out database.Farmers should be ashamed."

"Don't use this Agency McKamie Insurance. They submitted a COI to RMIS without the NAIC number They act like this is no big deal but we were not able to get new customers and some of our established customers did not use us. It took me 3 weeks to figure out what happened. Of course they corrected errora fter I pointed it out. But the damage was already done.It took another 2 weeks to straighten this out with our customers. Now Logan Battle refuses to provide contact information for his supervisor Sammy McKamie the owner of that agency. It is virtually impossible in today's trucking industry to catch up after not running for the 5 weeks after paying the renewal payment on Insurance policy. We still are not where we were before this happened."

"I usually do not write reviews. This company is horiable. I gave them my CC to charge for my Home and Auto insurance. My Auto insurance got canceled because of non payment, while my CC was charged for Home. There was zero communication on this from this Agency. Because of this my Home Insurance went up as my auto policy was canceled. I asked more than a month ago why I received a bill for an extra payment from farmers while I am already paid till end of this year. No one told me that it went up because Auto was canceled due to non payment. Now they have quoted me Auto insurance twice the premium I was paying before. Very unprofesional people. So please stay away from them. Find some other agent."

"Requested a Farmers Insurance quote for home and auto. They sent me Travellers Insurance quote without any explanation. Received a letter from Farmers underwriting that they ran insurance history check and found that I did not have continuous insurance coverage for last 6 months so they declined to give a quote. If the agent had told me that I would have immediately shown him proof of insurance and proven that there was never a break in my insurance coverage. I would avoid this agent as their quality of service is below par."

"Disgusted is how I feel with thus agency. At the beginning I was given a quote for my insurance. It completely changed. Then they were going to send me a refund check for 86 dollars but I never received that. When the year was up for renewal my insurance went from 1911 to 4800....almost 3xs the amount! They never notified me but they did sent it to my mortgage who then contacted me as it was a red flag. I decided to switch. After that then they decided to inform me of my renewal rate. After I didn't renew with then THEN they started sending me mail and one was an outstanding balance after I had switched early March which was one month before the yearly renewal. I refused to pay and guess what? Because I switched their feelings were hurt so they sent me to collections! Well even though they knew I never paid my insurance out of pocket they refused to speak to my mortgage. Fortunately I have excellent mortgage company and they were able to prove these clowns wrong. I'll never go back to farmers and will never use this specific agency. I still have yet to receive my 86 dollar refund."
