"Worst customer service. Placed order on May 8th, following day, got email request for picture of guidon I wanted made so, I complied. May 17th requested update. Stephen Zucker replied order will go out later that day. I've emailed Zucker for update, called their number and used contact form on their website. No replies. When I called, all I got was "we're short handed, lots of orders, running behind". They're quick to charge you for your order then, expect you to have an overabundance of patience with them until they find time to finally get to your order. Bad business practices, horrible customer service, unreliable business."
