"Since this store never answers their phones, we were instructed by customer service to come return an item purchased online, and when we went into the store they called their manager and said he wouldn’t do it due to us not having a box, which made no sense because we were instructed by their customer service. The manager told his employees to tell us to call corporate in order to do it. As we’re on the phone with customer service the girl rudely said customer service isn’t corporate. I said well what’s the corporate number and she said that she doesn’t know. I asked her to find it but she said she couldn’t. I told her that made no sense to tell us to call a number yet it wasn’t the right one. Thankfully the people we were on the phone with took care of it and they were left with our merchandise. This store was just about making money not helping out the customers especially when we have an order number and we’re just doing what we were told. The manager, who should be in the store and that girl were rude."
