"What a great experience I had here. Olivers was able to work on my old saddle: replacing concho straps and repairing stitching on my skirt. They even provided me with some brand new fender straps. I was originally quoted 2wks on the repair time as they had a bit of backlog but was VERY happy and surprised to get a call letting me know my saddel was ready for pickup just 5 days later! My saddle looks great and I should get another good chunk of years out of it now.
