"Had an 11:00 appt for just an oil change. 20 minutes until someone actually started checking me in, and then after I asked they said 3 hours for an oil change! If you have an appt how can a 20 minute job take 3 hours? Still working out of a trailer for service, no way I could wait that long. Then they have to move cars out of your way to get out , what a mess. Do better McGrath city Mazda. I’m sure Mazda HQ would say the same."

"I’ve spent thousands here and I needed help with a battery but since I’m not getting it from them… unhelpful and wouldn’t tell me what I need. Terrible service, always feeling like they’re swindling me when I am there. Hate this place."

"Will update if needed since we JUST visited and purchased. The location is easy to find but the street is very busy so test driving was a bit nerve wrecking. There is no clear parking for customers so we found public parking. They offered us parking in the service area parking but there was none. The place is kept up nicely and clean. Everyone there was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Our wait time was all together almost 5 hours from in to out the door just an fyi."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else besides this place. I bought a brand new car from a Mazda dealer and noticed that my wiper fluid stopped working shortly after purchasing. Kept refilling the wiper fluid but no luck. Brought it in and was told it would be covered under warranty. They told me it would take a couple hours so I could Uber home and be reimbursed up to a certain amount. After waiting hours I was told it would not be covered as the tubing was cut by "an outside source". They sent us a video of what the mechanics saw and you can clearly see some electric tape on one end of where the tubing was cut. It was fairly clear to me that someone at Mazda must have accidentally snipped the tubing (maybe when the vehicle was initially inspected) and tried to patch it with tape before someone noticed. The car had less than 10k miles on it and had only been taken to a shop once for an oil change. The cut tube is in such a difficult place to get to in the car that it was very clearly not done by us, my mechanic nor a random vandal. They refused to give me my car back until I paid a $150 inspection fee and would not reimburse me for my Uber. After complaining to their customer service team about the experience, they offered to cover the service if we left them a 5 star review. I contemplated the offer and eventually my wife and I caved in and agreed to accept the offer only to hear from them that the offer was no longer available. Will never go back here and will likely never buy Mazda again after this experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"I gave a five star review when they were on Cicero. I've now visited their new location and still the best car maintenance I've ever had. They talk me through every step of the process. They literally texted me a video of what they're doing to my car as they do it. I've never been shown that transparency when it comes to auto maintenance. As of this review, they're still in the process of building their new location, so the waiting area isn't the most glamorous, but I'll take that with amazing service any day."
