"They provide false information about what the new AutoLive cap fits, then tell me to pay return shipping when their product doesn't work as claimed. Now they are refusing to publish a review that warns people that it doesn't fit what they claim it fits. I can prove it with photos. Go look at their website, I have photos proving my claim, but there's no one-star review published. Not one. Or a two star review, or even three. Just four and five stars for these guys, right? The practice of whitewashing reviews is tantamount to fraud, and indicative of a dishonest company. Compare the Google reviews to the website reviews. Adrian, who is actually a lead customer service agent, then has the nerve to suggest that the cap fitment issue is something I'm doing wrong, basically implying I don't know how to install a battery cap. You've lost a decade long customer over how you've decided to handle this"

"I have ordered from PA before today, and it's been flawless. Today, I ordered another item, and had some frustration trying to use my password manager to fill in CC information on the order page, so I gave them 3 stars on their internal site, mainly because it took a while to re-enter everything manually on the order page. They responded to my feedback within an hour or two, and made things right with me. On the last workday before Christmas. Excellent! These guys are very, VERY good, in both products and customer service, in my opinion."
