"I walked in an got two new cue tips I stalled by Jacob with now wait. He did a great job while I waited. He hit with my cues for a few minutes to make sure that I didn't have any issues with them after I left. Very friendly guy."

"I purchased a cue online which later, an email was sent that it was out of stock. The customer service was extremely pleasant and told me to go to the Spring location and pick out a cue in-store, and the money that was already removed from my account would be applied in-store. I did exactly as told and found my perfect cue. They took another payment form in-store, and Steve stated it would be easier to refund my online order (PayPal). This was over three weeks ago, and I still have not received a refund. Paypal stated they never initiated the refund. I have contacted the store several times only to be told they will call me back and never do. This incident has changed my whole outlook on using them again. I still patiently awaiting a phone call and refund. ☹"

"Very clean and very friendly staff. Steve helped me first on March 28th gave me all the answers that he could. Returned today per his recommendation to speak with Jacob. I am definitely happy that I did so, and got to spend time with Mr. Steve again as well. The duo was great and amazing customer service. Jacob was able to help me choose a better cue replacement for my current and show me some drill techniques and quite knowledgeable through all the products. Will return to this location again."
