We discovered that he needed an adult size helmet which is much more expensive than a youth helmet, and instead of talking me into buying one, they actually told me I should NOT buy a brand new expensive adult helmet for a new player and gave me the info on an older but still good model I might be able to find gently used, which I did. I really appreciate their integrity and hope to pay it back with my future business.
