OTW Bat Co.

"I purchased two fungos for coaches at the ABCA coaches convention in Dallas the first week of January 2024. I paid (in person) around $170 at their booth (111) and was advised we’d receive them on Indiana University Kokomo campus through shipping within a week to 10 days. Not only have we still not gotten them as it is now the 12th of February and 8 games into our season. Regardless the almost daily calls and emails I’ve sent for a status update, we still have received 2 fungo’s or heard back from anyone in the company. Obviously these purchases are decided on to assist our staff to maximize the development of our program. We are all on a tight budget and can’t afford to get zero in return on needed purchased products especially when it comes to communication. Unfortunately I’ve reached the point of extreme frustration and felt it necessary to share our bad situation."

"Amazing hitting facility"

"Unresponsive! I placed an online order for a bat and paid for it April 6th and have never received product. That's over 7 weeks ago!!! I have tried contacting OTW on numerous occasions during the 7 weeks via email and phone calls but never never never get a response. It's unfortunate for me because I've had three OTW bats in the past and really liked them. I'm having to engage the credit card company to take up the fight at this point. Frustrated"
