"I hardly ever write reviews but feel compelled in this case. Never have I felt so strongly that an establishment did NOT want my business. First, their insurance system is down, so I have to reschedule after having driven there for my appointment. On the next visit, they tell me that they don't accept my VSP insurance plan, despite the fact that my wife called the insurance specifically to verify that they did. So, a second trip to Costco wasted. The urgency and certainty with which she gave my insurance card back made me think she must have something more important to do (scrolling Instagram posts?). No effort whatsoever to resolve the insurance discrepancy."
"Never Again! I was not explained before buying progressive lenses that Costco's have "filed of view" . I use computers all day long, with many screens, as a result the side screens look completely distorted like trapezoids and not rectangles."
"Terrible experience at this location. Their system accessing VSP insurance benefit has "glitches". Absolutely zero effort is taken other than shirking responsibility. Maybe VSP is to blame for causing the "glithes", but at least they did not pretend there is nothing going wrong."
