"Store associate at Woodfield Mall was useless. She did not offer to help order the shoes I wanted, didn't bother to check if the shoes were in the back in any other size. All the shoes I wanted are online and in sizes that she said were not available. Store was empty so not like she was busy."

"Excellent service. I bought two pairs of shoes and got one half off! Kind staff, everyone helped me out today. Only bad experience was the heat. It was extremely hot inside the store and every customer was sweating. I felt bad for the staff because of how hot it was. I wish I came when it wasn’t as busy as it was today because it wouldn’t have been as hot. They should really fix the ac so the store won’t lose customers!!"
