"While shopping at Woodfield, the Converse shoes at front of the store caught my attention since my daughter will be ordering custom Converse online. Arthur approached us and asked if he can help. I told him we’re just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service! Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldn’t be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. His customer service left an indelible mark that made me and my family see Journeys at a different, more positive light."

"I am so upset I went to go buy some red converse at the Journeys at Woodfield mall. I went home and I only find one shoe in the box, and it was the display shoe. So I had to go back to the mall, and get both shoes and I doubled check to make sure both shoes were in the box. He was so quick to make the sale, but couldn't even double check if both shoes were in the box. As a customer I should have checked if both shoes were in the box to begin with, but it is there job to double check if both shoe sizes are matching and if both shoes are inside the box. I wont be coming back to this journeys. Double check the box before you leave before you go back and find one shoe in the box."

"My very good friends from Canada were in for the 4th of July parties and when they come into town, they spend a lot of money at Woodfield. The assistant manager came over to them to thank them for their large purchase and totally started to insult them by spewing her ignorant and uncalled for political opinion. Wrong place, wrong people. Maybe she should save it for when she is not working with the public."

"I always get my shoes from here. They have the best sales on vans and always have exclusive shoes. The service is the best no matter what location. They treat you like a regular costumer even if your not. The variety online is just as well if not better then in store."
