"The employees are obviously not trained well when I asked if I could change my payment due date they said "of course" but failed to tell me they would be taking my payment plus 50% more to "even out or catch up"?????? So yes I got screwed, plus it's one if not the most expensive insurance right now!! I'm happy with my new insurance now!! Praise God.
