"If the doctor doesn't have any manners how do I expect his employees to do, right? Worse doctors office I've been to. Doctor is very knowledgeable and that's the only reason I kept coming to see him, but taking personal calls during my appointment? Yelling at employees? And many other unacceptable situations. It must be a nightmare to work here really."

"All the years that I've have had Dr. Moazam never have I been so unhappy like today. I recently had surgery. In my last visit they filled out some paperwork, but forgot to sign a form. I understand things happen. However, when staff has me going back and forth because they needed more documentation it's really it's really upsetting. Even more when I went today knowing that they lost my paperwork to apply for short-term disability. I knew this was going to happen thankfully I made copies. Now I have to wait longer in order to get those papers back. I don't understand why I couldn't just get the signature I needed today. Especially, when they had no patience whatsoever when I went. It's not like I feel so well to be going and coming all the time. I really needed to fax those papers today. I love Dr. Moazam, but some of his staff needs to be more careful and organized."

"It's quite disappointing that what used to be a good doctor's office became more and more incompetent as the years passed. The staff is incredibly rude and are quite clueless about what there supposed to be doing. The very last time my mother had a visit, the doctor not only prescribed her a ton of unnecessary medication, they were even googling her symptoms to give her a diagnosis. This resulted in my mother having to go to the ER due to prescribed medication causing her sodium to drop dangerously low. On one of my last visits, the male nurse kept asking me incredibly personal/inappropriate questions. My whole family had been visiting this clinic because we genuinely admired Dr. Moazam, but as he became less involved, his patients started to suffer as a result. Even scheduling an appointment is a complete nightmare! We all plan on finding new primary physicians as we cannot deal with how unprofessional and careless the staff is."

"Edit: As time has passed, the experience got worse. Unfortunately my wife and I will be looking for another Dr. We did not feel heard or helped. The appointments we had for our results were very disappointing as the physicians assistants or nurse practitioners (we don’t know because they don’t communicate it well) only sat and read stuff here and there. The fact that they are not sure of what they are reading or how to help only lead us to more anxiety and questions. I appreciate the efforts but when it comes to our health, we will not let them mess around. Best of luck to the patients and staff . I really like the Dr and the receptionist but the rest of the staff are so unorganized. If you need to talk to the Dr or get something done , make sure you call everyday and pressure them or else nothing will get done . Don’t even get me started on the call services they use. I am patient and understand the volume of patients vs staff , hopefully they hire more people or have the staff retrained because mixing my chart up with my spouse worried me (this was brought up to them)."

"Dr. Moazam, your the best doctor I have ever seen. You have done more for me in the few months I've been your patient than any other doctor that I have seen in the past. You're very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and that's a huge plus. Your staff is awesome and very efficient which means a lot to me, but what can I say they learn from the best. I hope and pray that you will continue to treat me for many more years. I understand that sometimes the wait time can be crazy, but it's all well worth it.
