"I give them 2 starts just because the doctor’s and personal are great but I hate every appointment we wait like 1-3 hours sometimes lil more additional they don’t have any food or drinks machine for the long waiting"

"I love going here I've never had a problem with receptionists or nurses as most people mention. My kids get seen everytime they come as walk ins and Dr Ortiz is the nicest Dr my kids have seen in El Paso with the kindest personality . I'm so glad it's super close to my house I would definitely recommend"

"The doctors are great, but horrible front staff!! The receptionist is always rude every time we come. Last time we came the doctor said she was going to give me some papers and the receptionist would give it to me. After standing there for a few minutes which she had seen me. Instead of saying “ How May I help you?” Or anything. I finally say The doctor said I needed to get the papers here in the front from you. She looks at me with attitude Uhhhh what papers? Now today I came in with my son same thing with receptionist I approached and instead she just stares at me so I tell her I’m her for an appointment. This staff is just unprofessional. We will no longer be coming here and I would not recommend this place."

"Great doctor but horrible staff. They always give you an attitude regardless of the reason you’re calling. I work in the medical field and in a very well known clinic, which is why I am even more dissatisfied. If it’s an emergency or routine they always answer you with sarcasm comments which is very unprofessional. They need to train their staff a lot better and maybe focus on having manners towards the patients parents. I live on the other side of town and still stayed there because of the doctor. His staff definitely makes him look bad. I never have treated my patients the way I’m treated. When I train co workers I make sure I advised them to always have respect towards the patients. Maybe they need to hire people with more experience and not hire people right out of school. I’m definitely moving clinics, today was the last straw for me."
