"Stay away if you suffer from stress/anxiety. Terrible customer service and communication. It can sometimes take up to a month for them to send prescription medications. Do not expect these issues to be resolved. The sole reason you should use this clinic is convenience. This place should be there to help, not as a source of your anxiety."
"Terrible service can't get my meds month after month"
"Terrible service. Unfortunately this is the only place in Horizon my insurance covers. As soon as next year starts I will never return here again. Throughout the entire year there was problem after problem. Even after making the staff aware of my issues month after month I was told things were being done they were not. Edit: Have tried communicating my issues several times. Staff does not understand the concept of customer service. Still almost every single time it takes them multiple times to send over my right prescription. This time I have been waiting for my medicine for over a week. I've called again yesterday and today and the phone goes to voicemail. When I finally do get through to Mabel and she transfers me over to the ma, they never answer. Throughout the time I have been a patient there, they have never replied to one of my voice messages. And I have leftover dozens throughout the years. My insurance changes this year, I can't wait to get rid of this place. I'm not going to even get started on Pedro. Horrible at his job and zero customer service skills. Another edit: Back again and nothing has changed. None of my concerns have been addressed and the same issues happen every single month. This week I've been trying to get ahold of him just to get a refill and I can't even get a hold of anybody. And when I finally do get a hold of the receptionist, once they transfer me it goes to voicemail and then back all over again to my original problem. Their license should be revoked. Will be placing another complaint to the board addressing my concerns with many more details than previously very soon. Was finally able to get through. Pedro helped me out and was much better with his c.s. skills this time around and made sure I was connected with Casandra, who has always been able to help me. Final edit: I realize they truly do not care about the service they give. Only about money. What they can claim from your insurance. Hands down the worst doctor's office I've ever encountered. Throughout the years I've been with them they haven't made one single change to fix any of the issues. Unfortunately this is the only location available near me that is convenient. Debbie has been very helpful."
"I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but should have taken the red flag when I saw another client angrily complaining to the receptionist for being there 3 hours before being seen. The “doctor” was very unprofessional in the way she handled the care for my son & the staff over all seemed to not take patient care as a priority. the clinic is terrible at communicating & following up with appointments as well but will randomly call unexpectedly & ask expect you to take an appointment at that time. This clinic is not recommended if you’re serious about mental health. This does not seem to be their priority."
"Long story short...I called multiple times early last week regarding my prescription and was told it was being worked on. I went to the pharmacy on Wednesday and it was not there so I called back and told it would be sent on thursday. Same thing happened on Thursday. On Friday I called and left two messages and was told that would be called back and never received a phone call. I haven't called before 5:00 and told him I hadn't received the call and I needed one before the weekend so I could get my medicine and still didn't hear anything back. So today is Monday and I called in to try and get my medicine but the young lady told me they were having a Halloween event and couldn't help me. I told her my issue and she placed me on hold and then never came back on the line and I was disconnected. I have called multiple times now over the last 30 minutes and the phone is off the hook. I just called again and it started ringing, but now it was again taking off the hook. I am very disappointed that these medical professionals disregard of patient's house over a Halloween party. Good riddance."
