"I've read a lot of reviews mentioning a poor experience with customer service and unanswered emails, but I can say that as of Oct 2022, these issues appear to be taken care of. I had a problem with the delivery of my bar and emailed TPB about the issue a day or two later. They got back to me on the next business day and helped me out with resolving the issue with the delivery service. We talked options, next steps, and they even reached out to the delivery company on my behalf to see if there was anything they could fix on their end. I have chains of emails with Texas Power Bars and in every one of them, the team is willing to bend over backwards to help me out on this. We got it resolved in about a week or so."

"Ordered June 1st 2020, and I expected a long delay. I did not expect, however, the absolute lack of communication on the matter. I have sent 4 different emails, and even tried calling them, just asking for confirmation that my order was being processed to any extent. I have only once received an auto-generated response saying that delays are listed on their website and to email their team email with any questions or concerns. I understand that they are busy and with COVID, and that everything is delayed, busier, and more difficult to process. HOWEVER, if that was truly the case, they shouldn't be accepting more orders. Had I known I would pay over $400 to hope that I would one day receive the product, I wouldn't have placed it. As it stands, I just hope that my order is eventually filled and shipped, though I probably won't know it until it arrives. This is very frustrating as a customer who has only ever heard great things about the company and product. I hope it is worth it. All I want is confirmation from them, and I will update my review, but until then, they get 1 star for the customer service which is the only thing I've ACTUALLY paid for at this point. Edit. 2/7/2021 Received the barbell approximately 2.5 months after purchasing, still never heard back from customer service. The bar is amazing and wonderful and is truly a crafted piece of art for my gym. Customer service still is extremely lacking but the product is good, I guess good enough they don't care. Product quality 5/5. Customer service 1/5."

"It has been well over the estimated time to receive the bar. Over two months since ordered. They replied quickly to my email when it was within the 6-8 week timeframe, however I have emailed multiple times after the 8 weeks and have received zero responses. Their bars may be great, I wouldn't know, but their customer service is terrible, if non-existent. I wouldn't be surprised if people file credit card disputes with them due to their lack of communication. I'll update the review if/when I receive a reply."
