"Worst experience I have ever had at shoe palace. I usually shop at 2 other locations but I decided to stop by this Location because I was in the area in Irving. The manger Will was very rude and acted like he just didnt care or want to help at all. I will never go back to this Location. I will continue to go to the Galleria location still as I am a long time customer. Avoid this store if possible and make the drive to another location."

"Went in for shoes for work told me they only had an 8 I waited as an associate went to gather the shoes she came back with nothing and told me another associate would look while servicing someone I came before and still did not get the shoes. The women was nice but the man was very rude and unhelpful he focused more on other customers than helping me and then went and came back with two different size shoes and offered me them as if that was what I waited for whole experience was a waste of time and very off putting. I will never shop here again. Save your money and time !"

"So I bought my son some Jordan's. I got the wrong size, took them to exchange them. But they didn't have his size, So he brought out 4 replacements. Which I took pictures of and sent them to my son. He picked and I got them. Now, I figured they were around the same price and if not I thought surely he would of been like, "These are a tad bit more"! Boy was I wrong. An extra 65!!! I had to get them cuz my kid chose them. Ugh. Other than that, everything else was cool, But damn I wasn't expecting to pay and extra $65!"
